E-Procurement Adira Finance is a web-based application system that was built to improve procurement efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency to provides various facilities and information in relation to the Procurement Process of Goods and/or Services within PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk.
Every Goods and Services Provider of PT ADIRA DINAMIKA MULTI FINANCE TBK Tbk eProcurement application users governed by the conditions that have been required below.
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
PT ADIRA DINAMIKA MULTI FINANCE, TBK eProcurement System is an application software that aims to facilitate the Provider of Goods and Services and PT ADIRA DINAMIKA MULTI FINANCE TBK. in order to conduct goods and services procurement transactions through the internet media, including online registration to become a Provider of Goods and Services.
PT ADIRA DINAMIKA MULTI FINANCE, TBK must adhere to the requirements of PT ADIRA DINAMIKA MULTI FINANCE TBK stated in this provision and other policies stipulated by PT ADIRA DINAMIKA MULTI FINANCE TBK.
Transactions through PT ADIRA DINAMIKA MULTI FINANCE, TBK eProcurement may only be done / followed by the Goods and Services Providers that have been registered and activated to be able to participate in transactions electronically.
II. EPROCUREMENT MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS OF PT ADIRA DINAMIKA MULTI FINANCE TBK.
Goods and Services Providers must be in the form of business entities and individuals / individuals and are considered capable of carrying out works legally.
To get an account in the PT ADIRA DINAMIKA MULTI FINANCE TBK eProcurement system, prospective Goods and Services Providers must first register online with true and accurate data and also attach the required legality documents at a later stage, according to the actual circumstances.
Prospective Goods and Services Providers can make transactions through the PT ADIRA DINAMIKA MULTI FINANCE TBK eProcurement System, if they have received confirmation of their membership activation from the PT ADIRA DINAMIKA MULTI FINANCE TBK eProcurement system.
Goods and Services Providers are obliged to update their company data if it no longer matches the actual situation or if it does not comply with this provision.
Account in PT ADIRA DINAMIKA MULTI FINANCE TBK eProcurement System. will end if:
The Goods and Services Provider agrees that transactions through the PT ADIRA DINAMIKA MULTI FINANCE TBK eProcurement system must not violate laws and business ethics in force in Indonesia.
Goods and Services Providers are subject to all applicable regulations in Indonesia relating, but not limited, to the use of networks connected to services and technical data transmission, both in Indonesia and outside of Indonesia through this system.
Goods and Services Providers are aware that any business can penetrate a computer system with the aim of manipulating PT ADIRA DINAMIKA MULTI FINANCE TBKs eProcurement data is an unlawful act.
Procurement Bureau PT ADIRA DINAMIKA MULTI FINANCE TBK. has the right to terminate the agreement with the Goods and Services Provider unilaterally if the Goods and Services Provider is deemed unable to comply with the existing provisions.
III. GOODS AND SERVICES PROVIDERS RESPONSIBILITIES
The Goods and Services Provider is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and is responsible for transactions and other activities on behalf of the account
The Goods and Services Provider agrees to immediately notify the Procurement Bureau of PT ADIRA DINAMIKA MULTI FINANCE TBK. if you find out about the account misuse by other parties who are not entitled or if there is an account security breach
V. CRITICISM AND SUGGESTIONS
PT ADIRA DINAMIKA MULTI FINANCE, TBK may improve, add to, or reduce these conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Every Goods and Services Provider is bound and subject to the provisions that have been fixed / added / reduced.
IV. CHANGE OF TERMS
